How we work

# A clear process with room for the work to surprise us.

Reino structures projects around shared context, visible decisions and senior involvement from the first conversation to final delivery.

The exact process changes with the problem, but most engagements move through five stages: context, direction, system, production and handoff. Each stage has a decision to make, not only a presentation to approve, which keeps feedback useful and prevents late surprises.

01 — Before the work

## Start with the decision that needs to become easier.

The first conversation covers the business goal, audience, current state, constraints, stakeholders, timing and expected deliverables. If the project comes through an agency, the teams also align on client contact, attribution, workflow and ownership.

From there, Reino proposes a scope with phases, responsibilities and review points. When important information is still missing, discovery is treated as work rather than hidden inside a promise to start designing immediately.

02 — During the work

## Review the logic before multiplying the output.

Early presentations focus on direction: what the work is trying to express, how it is organized and why one route is stronger than another. Once the logic is aligned, the team expands it into the system, screens, assets or motion the project requires.

Feedback is most useful when it points back to the goal and user context. Reino keeps a visible record of decisions and brings founders or senior designers into the moments where judgment matters most.

03 — At delivery

## Finish the project so the next team can continue it.

Files, components and guidelines are organized according to who will use them. A brand team may need principles and templates; developers need states and responsive behavior; an agency partner may need editable source files and a clean path for client presentation.

Delivery can include implementation review or launch support. The purpose is not to disappear after sending a folder, but to leave the work understandable and usable.
