Real Coconut water.

When there is an e-commerce of a single product, the creative opportunities are enormous. If you add some challenges they become even greater.

Vero is a company that produces coconut water in its most natural state. The product is not pasteurized, sterilized or pressurized, and that is why it is sold frozen – this way, flavor, taste and nutrients are preserved.

This little detail brings some logistical problems, since the delivery of the product cannot be done anywhere or at any time. Besides that, the customers of Vero consume coconut water regularly and part of the proposal was to develop a subscription club, to facilitate a recurring purchase.
All this affected the interface of the e-commerce and the systems used during its development. For this reason, Reino searched solutions that met the demands, providing the best possible experience to customers with an appropriate cost-benefit to their availability of investment.

Logistics translated into design.

To sell the frozen product, we work in a collaborative way to better understand the logistics specificities, carrying out a study which allows us to translate them into design to build a cost effective platform.

For the technical part of the recurrent subscription we found a gateway of payment which keeps the customer’s data safely and allows them to receive the coconut water at home, periodically, without the need of making many transactions on Vero e-commerce.

We could also highlight the benefits of the product and its sustainable package, showing the content in an attractive and organized way.  Whatever navigation device chosen by the user is easy-to-use in a few clicks.
