The main goal of Creative days is to bring collaborators of the company, end users, developers and designers into a single process, in which everyone may think about ideals for the product and the services offered by the company, validating them and putting into practice.
For this purpose we adapted several methodologies – among them is Design Sprint, developed by Google, – according to each situation. This way, we can have a better understanding about how each user interacts with your solution, we match the needs and expectations of the target audience with the goals of the business and generate informed inputs to guide the execution of your project.
The steps embraces drawing a strategy, mapping the journey of the users, interviews, case study, sketch, storyboard of possible solutions, agile development of prototypes, tests, validations and documentations of the discoveries, including conclusive reports.
It does not mean that you should follow each of them necessarily. The steps are rearranged according to the challenge in order to have the maximum use, facilitating the development of the chosen solution.
